He's been one of Hollywood's top talents for years.
And on Thursday the American Film Institute decided to honor George Clooney with a Lifetime Achievement Award. 
The 57-year-old Gravity actor was accompanied on the event's red carpet by his gorgeous wife Amal, 40.
