He is wearing his wedding ring so it was recent but I don't remember seeing him in that tie before.

Looks to me like it might be from IOM. And he was married in that, so he would be wearing a ring.

Yep. Lizzy got it! Really liked IOM.. Good character drama. Such a terrific cast. And George looked awesome.
