Documentary 'And the Oscar Goes To'

I don't know if this has been posted before, but I just watched a docu called 'And the Oscar Goes To' on Netflix. George is one of the winners who comments on this.

Has anyone ever seen this? I can't post a link since it's on Netflix but maybe it's on TV in some countries since the Oscars will take place Sunday night...

Carolhathaway - I saw this a week or so ago on Turner Classic Movies cable channel. It's part of their programming in the run-up to the Oscars. I just checked their on-demand menu, but this program isn't there. I don't know if they'll broadcast it again .

 It's pretty superficial but it is entertaining. It's interesting to see all the stars from the past, and hear what they have to say and see how styles have changed over time. I especially enjoyed seeing how the different hosts handled the job. George is only on for a minute or so, but they do show a clip from "The Descendents". If you watch only to see him, it really isn't worth it. It's a short segment and nothing we haven't heard or seen before.

you're right that it's not worth paying Netflix if you only want to watch George. But I thought if it's aired on anybody's TV due to the Oscars on Sunday just to say that George is on that. And I also enjoyed watching the whole show, it was quite entertaining. Especially the hosts were great, I'm sure it's not easy to present a luve show like that.

I've also seen this on TCM. Like Lizzy said. Wasn't it on last year too? Seemed like I had seen it before. But it is entertaining and a nice retrospective of the Oscars.
