Yep. He's messing with his hands again. Thing is
he has such nice looking hands. Slender fingers. He has said in the past he has a bad habit of picking at his cuticles.

I do the same, my fingers always look bad. George at least seems to be able to control it in a way that he doesn't really injure himself. And Amal tosses her hair, my sister has the same habit.
