Hi socimar

This is slightly harder than posting videos. Essentially, you can't post images into your post. What you have to do is save them online somewhere else and then in your post, you link to where your image has been saved.

You can use any picture storage website (like flickr, picasa, photobucket etc etc).

1. When you save your image(s) then copy the link to that picture.

2. Then when you post, you paste the link between the "image" instructions: after the link you write [/img], and before the link, you type [img]. These instructions inside the parentheses tell the forum to go and find your picture where you saved it and display it on the forum.

And hey presto! You're done!

Another way to host pictures is like this, below. It sounds more complicated, but for me it's easier.

This method uses the imagehost that the site prefers.

1. Firstly, create a new account with servimg which is on www.servimg.com

2. Then save your pictures on your computer.

3. Then, when writing your post, you click on the "Host an image" button and select the image you have saved on your computer.

4. Click on 'upload image'.

5. The box will refresh and give you a link to your picture on servimg. Copy this.

6. Annoyingly, this box doesn't close, so just click on the 'image' button next to it and past the link to your image and click on 'ok'.

And voila, your picture will appear in your post.

Finally, please NEVER hotlink to a picture. Hotlinking is when you right-click over a picture on a website and copy the link to that picture using the [/img] [iimg] instructions.

This creates a permanent link between this forum and the website you're linking to and uses up bandwidth which will eventually crash the site.

Thanks.
