I think it's the cut of the dress too.  If you look at the pics where she's facing forward, you can see how the fabric poofs out right at the waist (that's the technical fashion design term for it ). I also think that because she's so thin, most of her dresses hang loose rather than sit flat across the stomach.  Jeans and shirts are usually fine.

There is a lot of head hair in that Alamuddin boat.

They do have a lot of hair she has really beautiful hair.
