Giorgio Armani Said Dressing George Clooney for Wedding
George Clooney is a longtime fan of Giorgio Armani, so it makes sense that the designer outfit him for his upcoming nuptials. According to sources, an entire team from the designer’s Milan office reportedly flew up to Clooney’s Lake Como, Italy home recently to fit him and his male attendants for his September wedding to human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin.
“They’re locked and loaded,” the source said.
The wedding, which is scheduled for Sept. 20, is said to be taking place in Venice, Italy, where Clooney has reportedly secured “an entire island” for the weekend’s festivities. The affair is expected to be small, the source said.
As for Alamuddin’s wedding dress, the bride-to-be is believed to be considering several designers, including Oscar de la Renta.
Spokespersons from Armani and de la Renta declined comment.

Given islands in Venice are small, 'securing an entire island' isn't necessarily impressive.

Look at photos in the View Gallery in the bottom of the page. This must be the most unflattering photos of Amal. Especially the second photo which is a gigant close-up of her knees. How weird....
