What is this Sevens? 7.8? Is the marriage date 7 august? Or is that the date it was put in the paper?

Did we miss the wedding and they are flying way on there honeymoon in the pics in that other thread?

Silje - That looks like a notation put there by someone in the registrar's office. Maybe the filing date?

Or maybe the date the notice comes down?

Too much happening at once. Restaurant pics, boat pics, airport pics. My brain is having a complete meltdown. It can't process all this information. But you are probably right Lizzy.

Not trying to be picky, but can someone who knows please explain something to me.

Why if George and Amal are suppose to be getting married in Italy, did they need to apply for a marriage license in England? It just doesn't make sense especially in light of the fact the Italy is not part of the Commonwealth.

Because Amal, who is a British citizen, is required, by law, to post her "intention" of marriage. It is NOT a marriage license. They have to get that wherever they are getting married. The intention has nothing to do with the actual license.
