S.O.S!! the George HELP Line!!

Just thought I would ask the members of COH to help me please! I've just got a new computer and my screen saver has gone. I've lost Georgie!!! I think I had the picture from here, but can't remember where it was. Does anyone know where "George in a grey shirt & blue jeans, sitting on a metal chair resting on his right arm looking HOT" is????

Do you remember what year that was when the picture was made? Was it on a set from a movie or something?
