Yes,
not a good one. Not only cut too down but "nipples" pointing down too. That dress would make almost anyone look fat around hips but she can wear it. Nothing wrong with the colors. On her it looks still 9, but someone else wearing it would be 6- (on a school scale 4-10) IMHO.
