Are you happy with the map?

I've just found the map on this site that Ada's referring to. If you look at the box in the left margin called 'Who is online?' and then click on '[ view the whole list ]' it brings up a map of everyone who is currently on this site and where in the world they're posting from.

I'm not comfortable with that, so I'm going to try to zap that.

If you all quite like the feature, then just let me know.

I'm quite happy with that Katie and hopefully if a certain person with many names comes to visit it will be obvious that you and I and a number of other people are different people in different countries..

Whatever you want to do is OK with me Katiedot. I really like the map but understand not just the desire but the need for privacy in this day and age.

Can you still see the map? I thought I'd zapped it!

I can see if an individual is online, but see no 'map'

What map I've never seen the map?

Lucy-neither have I, nor can I find the + or - thingies next to a post.
Duh, suspect it will be obvious when someone comes to our rescue.

There was (on the first day this site opened) a map showing where everyone was posting from. I nixed it, but wasn't sure if it was really gone. If you're not seeing it, I'm assuming it's not there, which is exactly how it should be!
