I'm not sure who this Vania person is, but the woman in the first black and white photo is Lisa Snowden. I remember that photo, they were leaving some club in London, and I think it was one of the first photos of them together. The face is off though; maybe someone photoshopped this Vania person onto it?

It is a funny picture, and in the original, boy does Lisa look like the cat that caught the canary. Not that I wouldn't in the same situation.
