Not sure where I saw it on the internet (so this could be completely wrong), but it said that it was something to do with Cinema releases in 2003: Uma in Kill Bill, Ewan in Big Fish, Scarlett in Girl with a Pearl Earring, Ben in House of Sand and Fog and George in Intolerable Cruelty. Again, not sure which publication.

Yes, it was a magazine editorial. I thought it was about the hottest actors (hot as in happening) but could well have been about that year's releases. Was it Empire or Premier magazine?
